1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a CENTRAUR account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CENTRAUR is a hybrid human-AI operating system that powers a set of modular verticals — including SuperCooler (creative generation and comparison), ContentForge (AI content studio), WorkflowBuilder (no-code automation), MarketSense (market intelligence), IdeaLab (brainstorming and validation), and KnowledgeHub (centralized knowledge base) — together with a digital marketplace of agents, workflows, and templates, and an AI assistant. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CENTRAUR.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including account and contact details.
• You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or to upload malicious or infringing content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans and marketplace purchases are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Any earnings held within the platform are subject to identity (KYC) verification, acceptance of these Terms, and a verified payout destination before any payout is initiated. Payouts are processed via Stripe and may take several business days to reach your account. CENTRAUR does not provide lending, banking, or money-transmission services.

5. AI-Generated Content

CENTRAUR uses AI to generate insights, recommendations, content, and assessments. AI outputs are informational only and should not be considered financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated recommendations at your own discretion.

6. Marketplace & Listings

CENTRAUR provides a marketplace for users to list and discover digital products, agents, workflows, and templates. We are not a party to transactions between users. Sellers and buyers transact at their own risk. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

CENTRAUR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on AI recommendations or marketplace purchases. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
